 Damn, I'm ugly close up. I look like a warthog or something.

Out cycling 25 miles Sunday morning. The last 5 miles or so is the toughest. Sun's starting to get high in the sky. I don't think I'll be doing the Hotter'N Hell this year.


Pre-challenge notes:
Composition could be better, macro self portraits can be difficult to frame. I'm expecting this to bomb in the 4's, and maybe hit a chord with a handful of people. However, no one had better tell me it doesn't convey "hot"!

Post challenge notes:
Scored as expected, but I see 40 people still gave me a 6 or better, so I know the shot effectively conveyed the topic, even if it's not high scoring material.

Hmmm, giant sweaty pores! ;-)
So yeah, it is sort of an unappealing image, but it conveyed the challenge theme exceptionally well and got an easy "6" from me.
