 Well I don't know how this will go over with just having the Beverage Challenge. But I feel it's sound and am very pleased with this shot. Actually just glad I had a good enough idea to enter. My creative well has been a little dry lately. If this places top 10 (fingers crossed) I will renew my membership.
My lighting setup. Placed my soft box on right about 8" away and used my umbrella on the other side as a reflector.
Adjustments made in Lightroom + a big crop and rotation, boarder and resize in CS3.

I am so very happy for all the great votes and comments. Thank you all. This is a new PB for me and also completes my only goal to date. As a result I have purchased my NEW BLUE Shirt!!!! Don't it look GOOOOOD!!!

Very neat image. You should blow up print and sell to Mexican/Southwest restaurants and of course "Martini Bars". Only change I would only consider is including the stem of the red pepper end. Congrats on top 10.
