Chinese Bar-B-Que Mince
Fry diced onion,garlic and ginger until onion is browned
and then add mince and fry until browned. Add a packet of stir fry veges (or fresh veges)Add a bottle of chinese bar-b-que sauce and stir in with mince until cooked through.

When I lived in the U.K., my mother in law (born and raised in the southern US) came to visit us. She went to the nearby Co-Op store asking for "hamburger meat" They offered her a can of some kind of meat patties and she returned telling us "They don't have hamburger meat in this country!". "No, Momma, you have to ask for mince!" (US and UK: two countries separated by a common language!)

The technical elements are good, IMO the artistic part of the image is a little weak.

Good idea using the spoon. Better lighting, or adjusting the contrast would help give more definition to the food.
