I didn't know they still made candy cigarettes. Great take on the challenge. Great processing, too.

I think this image is pretty darn good. Having given up real cigarettes, this is how he copes... ;-Þ
Well done, again, Tim.

Nice idea, very well executed - but who's that guy?

I thought the lighting and capture of details in this was absolutely outstanding.

12th place isn't bad, but looking forward to your ribbon in the next portrait challenge if you keep popping shots like this. Incredible lighting.

hehehehe..LoL!!! You are brilliant! This is perfect in everyway. I 'smoked' these things as a kid. This is too funny and so well executed!

Something about those pore-level closeups that doesn't do it for me. Nice expression, though.

Ha, this is fun! I love those candy cigarettes. You can still buy them in my local newsagents but they have to call them candy sticks now otherwise they are deemed to be glamourising smoking to young kiddies! So they don't have the bright coloured end (which was meant to mimic the glowing ciggie end). Oh well!

Nice capture, would have stayed with B&W the red tip of the candy cig is a major distraction my eye just kept getting pulled there. 7.

I like the juxtaposition of the serious looking adult with something I remember fondly from my carefree childhood. The B&W processing works well for this shot as well.

The title says candy cigarette, but overall it's not saying "sweet" to me. Other than that, the lighting is great - maybe just a smidgen more on his right eye. Good selective desat. Border works well with this shot.

haha, I hope this does really well, the definition of his skin makes this image really noticeable. I understand why you were taking off the dead space on the top of the head but I would have liked to have seen a little more up top.
