 This entire photo is out of focus - but it's here for demo purposes.

At my cooking meetup group we made a spinach salad with raspberries, candied pecans, blue cheese and a raspberry vinaigrette. That must have been the best thing ever - I would have been fine just eating that.

Accompanying the salad were delicate, melt-in-your-mouth parmesan crisps, which you see up front.

That's not going to fill me up ! Very inviting tho- love the wooden salad bowel ( HA- I see what I typed but leaving it in for U-a chuckle :)
