It's quite an excellent idea, but what makes it imperfect for me is that the "angel" is clearly a human. I love the drama that you created in the scene, but the fact that the angel is a person with skinny jeans and glasses takes a little bit away from the mood.
Either way, great compo and shot |

This was the las comment marked as usefull by Cole (on July 17th). It's obvious he has not been able to check this site since then. With today's global internet access that is quite unusual. Does anyone know if he is ok?

This is such a great photo. I gave you a 9. Not a 10 only because I had to force a little difference between this and the extraordinary chimps' image that got the blue. Congrats on the red!! |

nice storytelling image, like the toning. contrast is too high for my taste. had cropped to square or even portrait format, the additional space at the sides doesn't do much for the image IMO |

This is a really good b&w. I love the sky and the man with umbrella (top hat is an awesome touch, btw!) and long coat. Something about the figure in the background doesn't sit right to me, though. I think its the capri pants; Somehow they seem less intimating/mysterious with capris and white shoes. |

Coley is this you??? This is an absolutely fantastic shot and so powerful. You can feel him take a deep breath as he looks upon her.
This shot is sheer genius, masterfully thought out, wonderfully composed, terrific set up, and beautifully executed.
I can't wait to hear how you came up with this one.
In my favorites and scores a 10 form me, bravo, well done.
I hope everyone sees this shot for how wonderful it is and if they do I know we'll see this shot sporting a Blue and you a great BIG grin.
All the best to you and yours, and all the best for this photo.

Almost a tribute to Magritte with a twist. I like it. Leaves the story up to our imagination. If I were to critique anything, I might have composed it so that they are less centered and are to one side maybe the left, with more neg space to the right, but that's just my taste. |
