The message is powerful, but the photo needed a little more detail in the statue. I gave a 6 during voting.

Is it Lenin? He didn´t have enough time to get absolutely corrupt but his comerat Stalin is another matter.

Very nice picture. The compositon, color and focus are excellent.

This is an interesting take on the theme, and a very striking photo. Nice shot. At the risk of showing an ignorance of world events I'll have to ask who is the statue?

Would have liked to have less shadow on the front.

Not a bad idea, I think that the sky is a bit too much negative space, though. I do like the angle at which this photo was taken, and the way you incorperated the statue and building into the photo is great. Good job.

The building in the background hurts this a lot. You could try cropping horizontally just above the building and see if you still get teh effect you are trying to achieve. Everything else seems OK to me, good colors, good composition, good exposure, etc....

Don't try to impose your theories on everybody else. That seems to the watchword. He didn't g et much joy out of it. Neither did his victims. But he had power while it lasted.

Well done -- one of the very few political power entries.

Power, definitely. But the challenge is 'strength'.... (2)

may be the statue is too right-sided
