| often I don't like this technique, but the desaturation works well here. Good play on the black and white in color idea. |

| Nice portrait. I'm finding myself less and less of a fan of selective desaturation, but I think it works well here. Her darker skin tones don't look out of place amongst the desaturated background. |

| Great image, beautiful lady, the image would have been better with more control of the light....later in the day when the sun was lower or waiting on clouds would have improved the image. |
