Good treatment of the challenge. I like the composition, the DOF almost fools the eye into thinking the background is painted or another picture. Keep up the good work. |

Such a beautiful landscape, but spoiled by the gimmicky foreground. |

That's scary. VERY interesting shot. If this isn't a sheer drop you wouldn't be able to get me to bet that it wasn't. Hold on!!! We're coming. |

Interesting idea, and nicely exacuted. I like the fact that you can see all that background behind the hands. |

Your composure makes strength look like the key here... |

Hang on, help is on its way. Good idea. The languor of the scenery and the desperation of the clutching hands make a good contrast. |

This looks odd to me for some reason...almost like the background isn't real, although it's very pretty. Good connection to the topic. |

Great idea but a lower angle shot (getting rid of most of the close field/wood) would give more of an illusion of danger/height. |

This shot is great as is but it a UV filter would have helped to reduce the haze and increase the color saturation in the distance. Good job. |

Maybe the top of the head or even an expression of struggling on the person's face would help this not to be just 2 disembodied hands. The bright spot on the green field in the distance is also a distraction to the focus of the photo. |

I just really wish the bird doohdoo wasn't there. I like this shot...great humor. |

Great idea and scene. It would have been a 10 for me if the hands were showing more like the model were actually climbing. As it is, the hands appear to me if there are just "resting" there - not actually holding the model off the ground. Still a very nice image though.) (9) |
