I invited her over to just photoshoot play because I haven't done much artistic stuff lately and wanted to get back into the swing of things. This was taken in my shower and lit with two lights and I used a black reflector for the background. I was very careful with the positioning of the light and used the white walls of the bathroom to bounce the lights so that they would be more diffused so that it would simulate natural lighting. I accentuated that effect using dodging and burning in photoshop.

Nice portrait, with something a little out of the ordinary. I would never have known it was taken indoors - you've done a great job with the light. I remember a year or so back when you changed your username, and the reasons behind it. Well, it has paid off - you have certainly learnt to use the light very well! :)

this picture is perfect in my opinion.

the water pooring off of the face with the eyes gleeming from the sun and the hair adding texture and form makes a PERFECT picture.

Stunning close up. The eyes are practically sparkling! Really nice black and white conversion as well with nice tones throughout. The frozen water droplets add a very dynamic element to the shot as well. One of my top 5! - 8

Really good image. I'd like to have seen the original crop as the line of wet hair cuts across the image. I wasn't sure what it was at first. At first I thought it was perhaps a pipe carrying the water. Nice lighting too. 8
