Daughter Chloe watching my son Gibson play on the rocking horse. She really wanted to go out and play, too.

Shot through my in-laws sliding glass door window, while we were there for Easter dinner today.

Tech:
Nikkor 50mm - f/1.8D lens with polarizer filter.

Cropped, levels adjustment, converted to duotone, resized, USM, save, upload.

This is one of the best shots in the challenge, one of the few in which the off center placement of the blurry windowframe actually works as it is balanced by the kids silhouette. The vintage sepia look works well with the candid nature of the shot and the timelss horse. 10

Very nice shot - this would also work extraordinarily well in the upcoming "silhouettes" challenge! I see the window frame along the right side of the image, but I don't see where that, in itself, lends much to the shot. However, it's technically beautiful and poignant. 8
