 This old guy looks pretty good for his age and offered his majestic side just for a short period of time. Believe it or not, he was a bit goofy and full of personality. Not a lot done with this shot to preserve the memory of him. Just a crop, a couple of passes through USM and a little color enhancement. Not pleased with the clarity but only so much can be done at this point.

Lovely shot of a bear, but doesn't really work for me as interpretation of "weathered"

the focus is off and I am not sure the voters will view him/her as "weathered"

This is a great photo. However, I don't see how it represents 'weathered'.
