Really strong shot Tim - excellent.

Unfortunately portraits rarely seem to do well in FS's - in another challenge this would have been a very different score indeed.

Nice! I know there is a general backlash against kid shots(with some exceptions) but still this placement seems rather low for a quality shot like yours.

An excellent portrait, very well composed and shot. I really like how the blue of his eyes matches the blue in the background. Color contrasts here are well presented. 10

It is very rarely that I enjoy portraits submitted for these challenges, as they are usually just poor photos taken of loved ones. This however, is a beautifully composed, natural, well done portrait. really nice use of DOF. 10. well Done!

Terrific eyes. I wish his expression were a bit more "mouth showing" but that's just my personal preference. Nice bokeh. I like the frame you chose as well.
