 The Image: It was almost sunset and I saw a beautiful sky overhead so I headed into the city to the Rialto 360 Observation Deck where I have been many times before (I am a member there and can go in at any time). I took about 120 great images and finally settled on this one for this challenge, though it was a hard choice.

The Edit: I wanted to steer away from my BLUE stuff for this as the colours were great. USM, Colour Balance, Levels, Slight curve adjustment...that's it.

Enzo, is it 1.6sec or 1/16 sec? If it is 1.6sec you've got one heck of a steady pair of hands!! were they leaning on something? or is this the one sharp shot out of the 120?
