Haha... I was waiting for Jac to NOT say "what stands out" to him in this picture. ANYWAY...

I think it would help to try to balance the light. The sky is being blown in order to have sufficient light on the model's face. A reflector or a really close flash would help. If you go the flash route ... it will look best if you can keep the flash off camera (off to the side of the model).

There's only one thing that stands out to me. Her lack of a smile on nearly all the shots you posted. Other wise this shoot was a good one to me. Nice job.
