it is nice to see b/w I don't think there's enough contrast. that seems to be a problem with many digital cameras:( |

WD 40 trumps rusty pipes for strenght. Kidding aside, I like the composition and the capture of metallic textures. |

Nice lighting and focus. Good choice of background color. Keeps the simplicity, nothing "rusty" here. |

Good strong graphic image. Even ties into the challenge as well! Nicely done! |

nice and sharp. the only problem I see is that the lower part of the wrench and the underside of the pipe are very over exposed. |

This image is a tad sterile for me. You say 'rusty' but don't show it. Nicely lit and shot, however. |

Nice idea, I would have liked something more to keep my attention though, the midtones take over too, no contrast

Meets the challenge. I like the black and white tones for this shot. Industrial. I would of liked the focus to include more of the wrench and a tighter crop on the right. Not a bad shot and right on for the challenge. Good luck. |

Background nice, good gradient. Nice B/W, the pipe could be a bit more lit though. |

It's been a long time sinse I ran a pipe wrench, but isn't the rotation losining the joint. The oposite of strength? Light, composition, depth of field, all great. 8 |
