 This morning we headed off to see the parade in a town near by. It is a big event, jet fly overs and all.

There were many amusing things/people to capture if only people hadn't been standing in front of me for more than half the parade.

This is a clown that I caught a picture of as he was coming by. He was obviously from a church by the "fan" on the back of his bike. He was telling people, "Jesus loves you". I don't necessarily agree with forcing ones religion on another but this guy was so happy that I couldn't resist sharing the picture.

A whole lot of PP happened with this to try and bring the focus directly to the clown. I think some of the PP was sloppy but it still makes me smile.

I think your choice of desaturation works well in this photo. I'd be curious to know what technique you used to select the background for the desat.

LOL, I've never seen a clown with a beard! I like the processing, it really makes the colourful clown pop out of the picture.

You did a good job of getting this character to stand out against the background. He sure is comfortable in his own skin,isn't he?

Clowns are creeeeeepy and this one is no exception. I do like how you've engaged him though. Nice capture of holiday's events. Sounds like a great time!
