This is another shot of our current studio. My closest friend and her daughter drew and painted this for me on one of our interior walls. It's 6' across, so it was really a very large undertaking.

It's the one thing in the studio that I regret. I hate that I can't take it with me. I can't decide whether to leave it on the wall, or put scripture around it so the next tenent will have to take it for what it is, or to paint over it. I'm sorely tempted to paint over it.

She said no way she was ever doing it again, so july 31st I lose this wonderful artwork she did for me. :(

( she's ol_possum here if she ever decides to peep up!)

That is beautiful and I would have never guessed it was that large. The tight square crop works wonderfully.

Cool painting. Next time buy her some canvas and some stretcher strips, that way you can take it with you! :)

From the thumbnail it thought this was some medieval weapon...

It's really cool and a shame to leave it, but I wouldn't paint over it. The new tenants may appreciate it.

It's stunning. And in a way it's a shame you will have to leave it. But then, what is really permanent in life? You have been able to enjoy this wonderful gift for a time, you'll have photos of it, and by letting it go there will be something else wonderful coming into your life.

I would leave it up for the next tenants to decide what to do with it.

What a lovely painting. I can understand why you would be sad to leave it behind.

its brilliant .. the only thing i could suggest is that you take an excellent photograph with a camera with a large sensor and print it out to hang in your new place .. it would be more than a shame to lose this wondderful work of art .. :)
