i think highly saturated colour works best for graffiti photos. i used a similar shot in toronto for urban landscape challenge and it scored not too badly because of the colour and contrast, i think.

Looks like a fun wall. Maybe a tighter crop to really bring the wall to life would have helped for me. Contrast could be bumped slightly.
