Perfect title for this shot - my thoughts were how "clean" this looked.
On my (not calibrated) work monitor I'm seeing a hint of blue/purple. You can perhaps drop those back a bit in hue/sat. There's a tutorial here under "Learn" that has a way of using droppers to set your white balance, and that's a good starting point.
Are you shooting raw or jpg? These things can be so much easier to set if shooting raw since you can change them on the fly, vs what your camera thinks should be done. |

| Lovely flower picture. I wonder if it's my screen, or if it could do with a slight levels adjustment to boost the white a fraction. It could just be me and where my screen is right now (I struggle when it is sunny outside). |

love the stark contrast of the white against that very dark background .. its a beautiful flower and an excellent photograph pat ..

Go back and post what you use for processing and what steps you took. I'd be interested to see what the PP gurus say...Since we are all looking for that POP in out photos.
Or maybe some could post their attempts - I'd(meaning me)take notes and it would be another post-it on my hint wall.
I like the composition and the contrast with the background.
I hope my comment doesn't sound too pushy, like I'm telling you what to do, but when I go back and forth with my friend  Tlemetry, she shows me different methods...and I learn a lot. |
