I wish I could repeat what I did here.

It started out as a routine shot of the building across the street. The overlays are a snip from a red wall and a snip from a shot of broken green glass. Selective use of the eraser.

Wow intensely cool! I particularly love the tree still soft, delicate and pretty amongst the strong colouring

A totally out-there blend that works perfectly. You've taken me into an entirely different realm...well done.

Love the punchy colors and the way the diagonals in the texture lend a dynamic quality.

I cheated before commenting and looked through the images I hadn't commented on yet. I couldn't wait to get bak to this one. I am in love with the processing so it is a favorite. Thanks.

Sweet, and artistic too. It's just a striking image. The bright red on the subject in the arch stands out and takes my attention there.

I feel like I should go find some 3-D glasses to see a hidden image...so cool!

Half the fun of starting one of these essays is not knowing what you'll end up with. (Sometimes good, sometimes targeted for the wastebasket) This is fabulous.

One of the most attractive things about overlays (besides the sheer fun of playing with them) is the daydream effect the finished comp often has. Like this one. Not dreamy colors, but the daydream/fantasy/memory feel is a very attractive part of this.

brilliant colours .. the red and green combo is INTENSE .. its so totally abstract and yet not .. the walker creates a real focus point that turns the abstract into things identifiable .. its brilliant germaine .. :)
