 Purchased the bulb at the hardware store around the corner after church today. Not able to shot until Bev and I got home from taking Mom to a restaurant in Cape May, NJ. Great dinner....the dessert was marvelous.

Anyway...stacked some books in front of the computer monitor displaying a green designed background I made. The top most book was covered with a piece of aluminum foil, shiny side up. Placed the bulb on the stack of books and did a half dozen or shot shats at a couple of different focal lengts. Camera on tripod with cable remote. Shot in the ambient light of the computer screen alone.

Post: Camera Raw adjustments in PSElements 6.0. Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation. The background design is all green with a touch of gold but the levels adjustments bought some other colors and I decided to go with it. I just liked it. USM. Smart sharpen. Resize. Smart Sharpen.

This is my first challenge entry with my new Nikon Micro 105MM F2.8 VR lens. Hope to get out my slight depressions and get it on the road and give the VR a whirl. Big mutha!
