This was a relatively cloudy day and it was darn near impossible to get a shot that lit the entire area as the sun kept moving!!! Did what I could, oh well. :)

Hi Kat,
First I'd like to say this is a great take on the challenge & the title fits really well. I like the way u set your elements in relation to your subject, it is composted & framed very nicely. I see you used & iso of 800 this is nicely done there is very little nosie if any at all that I can see, nice job there. I also like the tonality of the overall image. The one thing I do see here & I am not sure there is much you could have done about it was the position of the sun/clouds your foreground is nicely lit and it seems to fade as we go back into the image. There doesn't seem to be enough light on the trees/bush which caused a loss of detail in them, this could have rescued in pping maybe. Overall thou I like the tonality & balance of the image. This is a really nice image, great job.

Great choice for the subject. I would love to see one of those up close.

Tough to balance foreground exposure with a bright sky, innit? I've been having the same problem myself.

Nicely balanced composition. I like the subtle colour and tone too.

Like a circle in a spiral
Like a wheel within a wheel
Never ending or beginning
On an ever-spinning reel
As the images unwind
Like the circles that you find
In the windmills of your mind

Good take on this challenge.
Composition overall good, with a nice foreground, subject and sky. Had this been cropped to remove the nice foreground, this wouldn't have nearly the impact & balance that it does have as it is now.

Sky blown out and dark forgeround...the exposure could have been better managed. The composition is nice though.

what a pretty scene with the grasses and fences and hills - i just wonder if a bit of levels adjustment may have helped bring out the foreground and tamed the sky
