 I was obviously going for a duotone...ish effect here, but I wanted it to look kinda vintage as well. I thought it turned out pretty cool.

Convert from Raw:
bumped up exposure, full clarity slider, little bit of contrast

Levels
dodge and burn on the surfers back and face, the water, and the surfboard
fill color applied in colorize blending mode.

I think that's it! :-)
