 Taken at a hummingbird photography workshop. I was borrowing the instructor's camera for this one.

The lesson of the DQ....Don't use Nikon Transfer to upload jpegs to the computer. I usually shoot RAW for challenges, so I didn't even think about whether or not Nikon Transfer was altering my originals. Sigh.
Disqualification Details
You must retain your original, unedited file (exactly as recorded by your camera), and provide it to the Site Council along with a list of your editing steps within 48 hours of any validation request. Files that have been saved or altered with any editing or transfer software are NOT originals.

Wow, that image is amazingly sharp with totaly blurred background! Technically its perfect. Certainly a top 5 finish.

I love the soft green background colours against the lovely orange hughes of the flowers, the hummingbird was captured in the perfect positon. Wonderful image.
