Hey, this is cute, a real Norman Rockwell scene. I hate Norman Rockwell... no, no just kidding. |

excellent concept. gotta love these two cute models. very very convincing pose. things i did not like in the image are...unnecessary space on the right side of the frame and hair covering kids' faces. |

Cool expression and hair (may be darker background could make it even better). However, aren't they supposed to look like this after the liquids mix. |

A nice fun image which I'm sure was a lot of fun to take! The opposing colours of the liquids adds interest to the shot and focuses attention on these as the rest of your image is fairly uniform in its colours. The kids have pretty genuine expressions of shock which are I think, under utilised. The girl on the right should be facing the camera more so we can see her face, the girl on the left has too much shadow in her face so her expression is largely hidden. The addition of burnt lab coats is great, but I think cropping in more so that just the tops of the coats were visible along with the liquids and the girls heads would have helped focus more attention and cut out some of the dead space around them. A 5 from me. |

a funny shot and a great idea - but i just wish you would have put safety glasses and gloves on them - it really doesn't come off as well without them (i am a safety nut when it comes to chemistry - sorry it's my day job!) |

This is a very appealing photo. However, I wish the liquid was actually being mixed so the timing of the experiment more matched the expression of the kids |

They've already tried it once, judging by the soot on their faces ;-) |

Fun idea, but it doesn't work for me. The two cups, their position and contents indicate that this is the moment before some kind of chemical reaction occurs. The expressions on the kids' faces as well as the dirt on their faces and clothing, however, looks like this was taken after a chemical reaction. Well, one could say that this is just one experiment in a whole series and that they've already been at it all afternoon, but then again the expressions don't fit. They're not expressions of expectation, they seem like a reaction to an unexpected event. |
