very clever but slightly spoiled by having the shadow of your camera/tripod in shot

I think I like the tripod best.

Bike shadow in a Wheels challenge...hmmm. The shadow is great but it doesn't yell wheels to me. 5

This would have been stronger if you'd cropped the tripod shadow out of it. Nice photo all the same, though. 7

Nice take on the challenge.. i like it. Its a little over-sharpened IMO though. Anyway, hope you do well!

lol @ tripod shadow.. your going to get a lot of comments on that at least. Why not crop out? I like the photo in general, and the DOF and angles work well.

A different way to show wheels. Interesting to see but I am not sure about the tripod on the right. Maybe less distracting without it. Otherwise excellent photo.

:))
very inventive!
unfortunately it is unbalanced, but i must appreciate the inventivity of this shot and mark it as five... also u could have increased this mark with a better more enigmatic title....

Creative take on the theme (would like the tripod out of the shot) -- as presented, nicely done.

Shadow of Camera on Tripod detracts from the image (Nice idea though)

interesting idea, removing the shadow of your camera will look better

Interesting, despite the tripod shadow. As with others similar images in this challenge, I feel the graphic quality would be improved if all parts of the shadow were in focus.

An interesting, creative way to capure a common subject. Maybe the camera and tripod don't add to the shot.

great shot...except for the tripod shadow.

would have been more effective without the camera shadow.

umm, why the tripod in the picture? easy to crop it out, and it adds nothing to the composition

04/07/2004 07:24:09 AM
Great idea, but I would have made sure the tripod was out of the frame.

Well... if you couldn't see the shadow of the camera, it would have been a pretty neat picture

Great idea...too bad you see the tripod shadow
