 85mm Prime, Day 1. The "face" was only visible from certain angles. I noticed it while having lunch on Greenwich Avenue. Couldn't do much about the background.

Trimmed, cloned out a few bright specks on the window, clarified and denoised.

My guess is someone either pressed their oily face against the window and left a print, or used their hands to "paint" a face in the same manner.

Excellent!! And the background is needed - and in fact benefits from being rather busy. It makes the face all that more intriguing. GREAT find - thanks for sharing it!

You sure have the eye for seeing these things. I'm guessing that somebody did it by hand, but either way it's a nice find.

Cool shot. Background actually isn't bad - colors are mellow and you've done a good job of combining the elements so that they seem planned, even if you were just working with what you had.

HA! That's the greatest story EVER! I like the way you just found it. Amazing that you were able to capture it in an image, reflections sometimes have a way of finding their way out of a photograph.
