Pen could have contributed more, perhaps driven into the ground and used as a tee?
Like the DOF and the texture of the foreground. |

This is good as far as it goes, but I know Pen and he is much wilder than this. It begs for a much bolder POV and crop. |

Super sharp and great color. Pen might have trouble driving the ball though, as its almost as big as him. |

Great sharpness and blur and setup. Looking forward to the adventures of "pen." |

Pen will probably do a better job than I would lol. Love the DOF. I'd like to see the left side cropped a bit to center the bucket some more. Wonderful clarity on the bucket and balls. |

Great start of a Pen story. Perhaps the sky is not of much interest here. |

A pen or other objects for writing never follow me onto a course, keeping score only frustrates me! Looks like beautiful weather for golf and photography. |

I used to have a pen exactly like that. I named her Cindy and had her for over 8 years before I sadly lost her.
The DOF is great, nice exposure on the balls, the reflections on the barrel of the pen make it a little hard to distinguish the edges. |

Great. Taking everyday objects into unusual places it is fun take on the challenge. |

I like this as it is simple and to the point. A great way to start and I feel most of these images are going to be like a story without words.
