This is a very beautiful, subtle image. It could possibly use a bit of a stronger composition, although I know you obviously can't get the lightning to go where you want it to. ;) Good luck to you on any further challenges you enter. :)

Great capture, been trying to photograph lightning myself with no success a little more detail to the clouds would accentuate the image

The purple coloring is something totally different. It catches my eye.

The focus seems off, or maybe that is cloud cover...

Great shot, looks gothic! You don't have to have 'strong' lightning to make a good picture, this is subtle and deep.
