| In the end, it's just a mask on a bunch of costume jewelry. Take more risks! Give the viewer something to interact with - evoke an emotion - tell a story in some way. Color appears to be managed well, but it's not quite as tack sharp as many DPC voters tend to like. You've done well to use the mask at an angle and use composition to small benefit, but I'll encourage you to go out on a limb next time and really think about presenting a story in an interesting way. |

| Initially this didn't have much impact on me. However not understanding the title I googled it and after learning its meaning the image seems much stronger. Let the good times roll indeed! Good color, red seems a little overblown (not uncommon with bright images), focus on the mask could be a little sharper. Odd bokeh effect with the reflections on the yellow beads is a little distracting. |

| Let the good times roll. I like the colors and Mardi Gras theme. Good DOF. I have a couple ceramic masks like that but couldn't come up with a good composition for this one. |

| "Find or create a mask, and photograph someone wearing it this week." I had to count off for the 'no wearing' part... but the colors here are fun and the sparkles... wonderful! |

| This is a beautiful photograph. In fact it is one of my favorites. Unfortunately you may be marked down because no one is wearing it. Still this is very exquisite. Good luck. |
