Good one, too bad that the sky was not performing... I have an idea, next time try to get an unusual viewpoint like shot from the ground or find a higher point. Here you were standing, right ? That gives the view we all see everyday..... Make it special !

I like the vibrant colors in this picture...but I can't but wonder if your main subject are the busses or the wheels. However it may be I give you a 7 because I like the picture.
