I'm never good at putting together a puzzle, especially if there are 2000 pcs. To me this is chaos.

Canon 18-55mm.

Raw mode. Adjusted color temp, exposure, sharpness and contrast during conversion to TIFF.

Post-processing: levels, selective color adjustment, cloned out spots on the background, cropped, resized, usm, border.

Greetings from the Critique Club

Composition: Good composition. Excellent use of foreground/background. Pieces in the background are distacting, yet make it more interesting and show that the chaos is attempting to be organized.

Technical: It is well lit and even, but it seems a little wierd. Was it done with a flash? For the backround I don't know if I would have choosen different colors, but it does make it stand out a little more. Good color.

Overall: Original shot, well thought up. I like how it is framed(by the edge pieces) and how it shows the chaos.

A chaotic mess. I'm put off by the apparent change in color of the background (table top?).

phew, had one of these a couple of weeks ago, was alot of fun though :D Especially when you are finished and stuff it in the box again :D I like the angle you took it from and have a pink in the foreground and yellow in the back works well, I can see that the picture is in focus but I think it could be a little sharper though, dont know mabey its just the picture on the puzzles that make it look slightly out of focus or not sharp enough, anyway good luck :)

Good choice. It does convey chaos and I can see that the photographer took some effort to put this one together. The lighting is a little flat and perhaps mutes the colors that are present too much. Other than that, it's a good shot.

I think this is my favorite for the challenge. It's a good idea, and nicely photographed. I like how you've left some color at the top and bottom of the shot, under the puzzle pieces.

Perfect for the challenge! Your picture is great, chaotic but not messy. I like the two color background under the puzzle. Your's is my favorite picture in this challenge.

One of my top 3 - hope this places well for you. Love the colours and the chaotic nature of this shot
