 This is a church at the top of Lycabettus in Athens

Edited in CS3
Cloned out an aerial cable
increase overall saturation by 15%
curves on medium contrast
noise ninja on selected sky (as ISO was on auto!)
8% opacity burn on front cross to make it stand out slightly more
contrast
