The painting-like quality is quite appealing, but you should have fished out that floating plastic bag and removed that bit of red waste near the shrubs before the shot. In this type of a romantic picture you do not want to be reminded of the harsh reality...
Looks like a great place, btw. |

Something going on with crop & black borders?
Could be a 'timeless' photo if in black & white
Some obvious halos on vertical dock posts.

I don't like the over processing that generally happens around this site, but you have managed to find the perfect spot, imo.
I always tell people, "if you're going to over-process, go all the way to create something unexpected, otherwise you're just playing." You created something unexpected. |

| looks like HDR and i think that the ghostly effect takes away the sharpness too much making the picture lack a central point of interest IMO |
