There's another image that's lit in a similar way and whilst I quite like the effect on the eyes, the overall flatness of the lighting really goes against you here, and everything seems too bright on the subject's face. I think the crop needs to be a bit less severe as well.

Another great ringlight shot. I think the centered comp. works in this shot due to the faint circle in the background.
