The lighting is good but it's much too sterile and perfunctory for me (such is the nature of the assignment), as well as obviously being too small!

This is a nice pose and composition for the sort of shot one would see in an annual fiscal report of a corporation. You should check the tutorials and forums for advice on how to resize a photo so you can keep 640 pixels without going over 150kb (and without losing all detail). :-)

Too bad the spycam resolution is only 1MP. ;-) Just ribbin ya, but the image is unfortunately too small - does a decent portrait a large disservice and makes it hard to judge it's true quality. I'll give it a 6, but feel like I'm voting on a thumbnail. Good luck though.
