Somehow the "Boat" is too far from the rule of thirds lines and it is hard to find. Need to make it stand out if that's what the picture is really all about.

This is quite busy. Putting it in black and white might allow the geometry of it to take center stage.

Nice crop, a little more saturation in the colors to make them "pop" would have added to the photo. 6
