This is very nice and I think it wouldn't be if there were more contrast. It has a soft look to it that suits the subject just fine. The only thing is that shadow on his right side but I understand how hard it would be to remove it with a fill light. You would probably alter the rest of the image as well by doing so.

these are all masterfully lit and composed! high-key lighting is something i'll probably never get to understand, you did it excellent. i'd be very interested in your lighting set up if you don't mind.
