The subject remains interesting even though there are several entries for old wagon wheels, and the color and your composition make it good.

I like that the wheel hub sits on left verticle third line. Drop that hub to the lower horizontal third, and I think the composition would be perfect. Nice shot. 7

the black thing in the center of the wheel - what is it? too dark and kind of modern, distracting.

Good colorsaturation and balance. Subject very fine but maybe lacks a litle sharpness. Fine image.
