| Thanks for the comments. The site is between Canon City and Salida in Fremont County, Colorado. The sky was very cloudy/foggy and the clouds lifting just after sunrise. No storm just clouds and shadows on the heavy Colorado snow pack above 12,000 ft. |

| I think the tones really nail the cold of the mountains, a cold which I'm sorta sick of already!! None the less, great photo and good light! |

| Oh wow... This one came unexpected. I like the way you shot this mountain from high level. Mountains are usually shot from down, making ordinary postcards out of the pictures. I love the subtle colour scheme and fantastic dappled light on the snow. Great idea to come out early morning for this shot. I like contrast with the dark hill on the right making the light more prominent. Excellent. |
