| really nice capture; i love your DOF here and the details of the skin and bark.... really nice color range (did you hold a card behind the bark or is this inside?- it'll be interesting to find out!!) nice use of light here to highlight features and the shadows are subtle but lovely as well! beautiful capture :) |

| Oh... I think if the lizard was more in focus, instead of the tree it would've help this picture a lot. Dappled light is barely visible, but the detail in lizard's head is very, very good. Also the tree texture, however it is more prominent than the main subject. |

| This is not dappled light in my opinion - dappled light is light shining through several small apertures, functioning as pinhole cameras, creating circular images on the ground. Sorry, did not vote on this one. |
