Lesseeee Flower Picture -- everyone loooooooves those. (Stop and smell the real ones tho - it's good for you)
And maybe not all soft and fuzzy enough? Who knows - hard to tell any more.

No Gaussian Blur on this. I used pantyhose over the lens.

Looks almost touched by moonlight... well, I have seen it look so bright before :)

Wonderful how sharp the leaves edges are against the rest of the image. And the contrasting colors adds quite a bit of punch against such a dreamy image. Just lovely.

great shot for the challenge, its wonderfully dreamlike and the gentle whites and greens compliment each other perfectly.

The bokeh means that although the flower is soft it still packs plenty of punch

Pantyhose over the lens is an awesome technique - worked very well here! I tried to find some for the last soft focus challenge when I was downrange, but for some odd reason, there was no pantyhose for sale there. Go figure! The light here is wonderful.

I really love the soft focus of this. The greens are dark and the flower jumps out in practically in 3D. However, macro + flower = PUYC ;-)

I've been frustrated by the macros in this challenge that haven't really tackled the concept of soft focus beyond having a soft background. Yours is different! The bright glow and dark background make the softness of the focus on the main subject really work for me in this picture. I love the ethereal look to the flowers.

I really like the muted green and the dappled light. The white of the flowers glows nicely.
