I really love my Canon 180mm macro lens, with a passion.....

I was given some Hyacinth flowering bulbs in a pot for Mothers Day.
They were just about to open, and I feel in love with the 'Purple Haze' they shared with me.

I used some plastic film wrap, over my lens, to help soften the image.

Enjoy.....

A very well deserved MetaEnvy ribbon. Wonderful soft focus and I love the way the purple blends to green. Gorgeous.

This is a beautiful shot - it wasn't over-processed so it was unable to beat those that were I suppose -humph-!
