 Shot with saran wrap over lens. Photoshop: curves, saturation increased, lightness decreased slightly, resized. Didn't see enough soft focus, so additionaly gaussian blur+fade blur 40% in normal mode. Border added, then noiseninja.

The softness works well, but the composition could be improved, in my opinion.
