Image is blurry and OOF. Why is she riding her bike in doors? Looks like your flash went off and reflected off the reflectors causing this to be very distracting.

This could have been a lot stronger if we could see the door that she is heading out of.

The reflectors work well. She should be safe from approaching vehicles.

Out of focus, grainy. Probably just a quick shot without much planning. Indoor shots are really hard without the right equipment and setup.

An interesting event but I think the background is too messy. Also the cyklist should have been focused.
