 My daughters band had already played, so I thought I would try to capture the movements of this conductor with a long exposure. Unfortunately, I was before my time for the motion blur challenge!

Wow, incredible shot! The crop is tight at the top, but this is impressive! Did you do this during the motion challenge?

Having been through this when I was this age (Back in the Punic Wars) I like the photograph and what it represents for youth and arts....It'll rate higher for the subject matter than the quality with me. The orchestra members are a bit to bright, and the conductrix motion and form are great from the waist up, I just which both her legs were showing.

Nice, Conductor seems to be the only thing moving (to some extent).

Overall, really neat picture. I think it would have been nicer if you hadn't placed her in the center of the image. Perhaps gone to the side of her and got the one side of the kids sweeping around. Fabulous motion blur though.
