The sun is too strong in this shot. I understand that you are probably going for a silhoette effect but the sun distracts too much. |

The glare and the radial color shift/rays/whatever, really take away from the beauty an interesting subject. Did you try experimenting with faster shutter/higher F-stop setting combinations in manual mode? That might make the sun less powerful while still giving you a nice sillouette. Hope this is helpful. :) |

It is a good study of 'Victorian' wrought iron perhaps modern The sun intersecting it and the trees make a decent picture. |

Just alittle bit too dark, but probably the only way when you shoot right into the sun |

nice use of the sun as an added element of interest against the subject. too many tree branches in the background distract from the sundial, though. |
