 It's time for our river fest and it is fun. Fun to get great photos and fun to participate in. This was taken at the Sundown Parade. It may be a little busy with the people in the background but I still liked it & I thought he was great & it fit the challenge.

I want to like this one, but I'm finding the whole thing too centered with the crowd in the background drawing my eye from the main subject.

You should crop this on the right a bit, so that he is riding into the picture instead of being centered. It would look better.

I'm a bit puzzled as to why he has an audience, is this some event or another?

He's nicely lit and isolated from the background. Good work.
