What a great idea. Love the composition with the water, it takes away the rough edges I guess and I think that is one of the things that make it a great photo.

| Frozen in ice? Pretty cool. Really interesting method, and definately creative and requiring effort. The flower is a nice touch too. Excelent colors and your focus and clarity are quite good. I love the idea behind this. I also like the angle and framing/cropping you have chosen. You have taken the shot at a moment, with the ice partially melted, so that we can tell exactly what is going on. Greta shot. Good luck in the challenge. ~Hbunch7187~ |

| I would have scored this higher without the flower, it's so fun to look at and has such an energetic angle, yet that flower vaguely annoys me. :) |

| These colors are awesome. Technically, this is a great shot. The lighting and focus are excellent. I especially love the area around the subject. Was it on glass or something? The water really makes the picture more interesting. Even capturing a little more of the blue (like in the upper right corner) would be cool. The flower is the final touch that makes this a 10 and adds that extra wow. Great job! ~indi |

| the thing i like best about this is the saturated colors. 2nd best thing i like is the background. it's hard to tell what im seeing here but it's graphically interesting without being too busy. good job. mag99 |
